Nationality described as both Russina Polish (miscellanious) and just Russian. His Alien Registration Certificate number 94 was issued on 27 October 1916 at Woolloongabba, QLD. NAA are presently an unopened file.
Served a five year signwriter apprenticeship with Victor Day of Brisbane, QLD.
Son of Joseph Uscinski and Bronislawa Uscinski of Cavendish Road, Coorparoo, QLD.
Commenced return to Australia on 21 January 1919 aboard HT City of York disembarking on 27 February 1919 at Melbourne for onward travel to Brisbane.
