    Thomas Oliver Howell, son of Mr. and Mrs. O. Howell, Millchester Road, enlisted last week in Townsville.  He was the reciepent of a wristlet watch from the work room presented by Mr. Ulett, Alligator Creek.  He is a Towers native.
