Personal Information: George Francis Charles Edmonds was born in Guernsey, the Channel Islands in the English Channel. He was 23 years old when he enlisted in Adelaide on the 19th of August, 1914.

Family: His father’s name was George Edmonds. Information about other family members is unknown. 

Physical appearance: He is described as having a fresh and fair complexion with blue eyes and brown hair. Distinctive marks include vaccination marks on his left arm and a small scar on his left wrist.

Occupation: His occupation was a carpenter.

Life after WW1: He survived the war. Information about his life after the war is unknown. He is buried in the Centennial Park Cemetery in South Australia.
