5 Jun 1918: Honoured Military Medal, In the operations against enemy posts at MONT DE MERRIS near STRAZEELE on night 29th/30th May, 1918, Private MUSGRAVE with a Sergeant and three other men rushed an enemy machine gun post, capturing the gun and one prisoner and killing the remainder of the team. Throughout the operation he performed his duties with great courage and utter disregard for his own personal safety.'
