Biography

 

Frank was a bank manager with the Commercial Bank and moved around country Victoria in branches at Chinkapook, Drouin, Lancefield, Numurkah and eventually retired from Minyip. He and wife Ellen then moved to Colac where their daughter Win and her husband were in business.
