On his Naturalization paper he stated that he was a 'Pole' by birth. Arriving in Australia o 8 April 1904 aboard the Ophir disembarking at Sydney, NSW where he resided at Brent Street, Rozelle, NSW. Took the Oath of Alegiance on 6 April 1906.

Husband of Elizabeth Urniarz of 'Tuangor,' Carrington Street, Randwick, NSW

5 October 1914 - enlisted at Sydney, NSW,  with the 2nd Australian General Hospital

4 June 1919 - commenced return to Australia aboard HT Bremen disembarking on 27 July 1919

Medals  - 1914-1915 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal

11 August 1919 - discharged at the 2nd Military District
