                      for Gallipoli, ANZAC

21/09/1915     serious shrapnel wound in the arm and chest, Gallipoli, ANZAC
                     (left arm, left side and left leg)

21/09/1915     Died 1900 of wounds received in action in Gallipoli, ANZAC
                      at 7th Field Ambulance ANZAC, Gallipoli Peninsula

21/09/1915     noted that he was buried by Reverand Brennan - Gallipoli Penninsula
