Born 1884 at Wellington, NSW, Esther was the daughter of Edmund and Elizabeth BARNETT and sister of Grace Fannie LYONS, of Lincoln, Wellington, NSW
She enlisted 16 July 1917 at Sydney, NSW at the age of 33 years and embarked 13 September 1917 from Melbourne per 'Runic';
Esther saw service in Egypt and her apppointment was terminated 21 February 1920.
She married in 1926 to John Bruce Martin Glover
Esther died 27 July 1971 in Wellington, NSW.
