"...Lieutenant Percy Charles Eckersley, 'A' Company, 31st Battalion, of Clayfield, Qld. Lieut Eckersley enlisted on 30 August 1915 and embarked aboard HMAT Wandilla in Melbourne on 9 November 1915.
