A CHRISTMAS TRAGEDY.
Frederick Hilary Phillips (19) was found not guilty of the charge of the manslaughter of John Henry Headon, of Adelaide, on Christmas Day, at the Adelaide Criminal Court on Friday, February 12, and was discharged. It was alleged that he met his mother with Headon on Christmas morning, that he had a quarrel with Headon about living with his mother (the father being alive), and that in the course of a scuffle Headon fell and died from his injuries.
