Private Tim Dolan is the second son of Mr. and Mrs. T. Dolan, Drayton Road, Drayton, He enlisted in the A.I.F. on the 6th May, 1916, and sailed with a reinforcement of the 31st Battalion. He was only 19 years of age when he paid the supreme sacrifice on the 27th September, 1917. An elder brother, Pte. P. Dolan, of the 9th. Battalion, recently returned home wounded and ill. Both brothers were in the railway department prior to enlisting.
