William Read Conyngham BEESTON was born in Newcastle, NSW on 22nd December, 1884
His parents were Joseph Lievesley BEESTON & Anna Maria READ who married in Dublin, Ireland in 1882
He married Audrey Alice Caroline MacFADDEN in England in 1911, she died in NSW in 1942 and he remarried in Tamworth, NSW in 1943 to Gladys Fanny HUDSON who died in 1978

His father Joseph Lievesley BEESTON served during WW1 as a Doctor in the Australian Army Medical Corp and died on 8th March, 1921 due to his war service
