9 Dec 1916: Honoured Military Medal, Mouquet Farm, This man worked between a forward isolated outpost and the quarry near Mouquet Farm on 3rd.&4th.Sept. He had to travel by a sap which was so damaged as to be merely a track, -the vicinity was continually shelled and the enemy snipers made the route an extremely dangerous one, But Cohen unhesitatingly carried numerous valuable messages between these two points and showed the highest courage and devotion to duty.

Help us honour Percy Samuel Cohen's service by contributing information, stories, and images so that they can be preserved for future generations.
