John was born 12th July 1893 in Chambers Flat Queensland. He died in 1979 and is buried in the Dutton Park Cemetery Brisbane.
His parents were John Harry and Minnie nee Colvin.
John attended the Logan Village State School and is on the Logan Village Honour Roll.
