3 Jun 1918:	Honoured Distinguished Conduct Medal, Third Ypres, For conspicuous gallantry and devotion to duty east of Ypres on 11 October 1917 in reconnoitring positions under heavy fire and later, despite being hit in the chest by machine gun fire, delayed medical aid and staggered to deliver a message.
