Richard Spillman PIERS-BLUNDELL was born in London, England on 27th July, 1865

His parents were Henry PIERS-BLUNDELL & Fanny FITZGERALD

He married Katie RICHARDS in Victoria in 1892 & after her death in 1900 & he married Isabella Agnes BELL in Victoria in 1901
