Florence was the daughter of Thomas Harte and Elizabeth Harte nee Cheseney.

Married James Bell in 1923.

On 1.3.1953 Florence passed away at the Repatriation Hospital in Heidelberg. Her remains were buried at Box Hill Cemetery.
