Victor Emmanuel NIZETTE was born in Gympie, Queensland on 22nd September, 1897

His parents were Emmanuel NIZETTE & Sarah Ellen GAMBLING

He married Prudence Adelaide May SPRINGALL in Queensland on 11th October, 1920 - 4 children, Irma, Enid, Kenneth & Dougas

He enlisted in Ipswich on 3rd September, 1917 and embarked from Sydney on the HMAT Euripides on 31st October, 1917 with the 15th Infantry Battalion, 26th reinforcements

He returned to Australia on 28th September, 1918 and was discharged on 31st December, 1918

Victor died in Ipswich on 24th September, 1947 and is buried in the Ipswich General Cemetery

His daughter Enid May NIZETTE (SN 99079) joined the RAAF during WW2 and was discharged in 1943 (Aircraftwoman)
