Clarence's correct name was Clarence Max LINDEN.
Clarence was a plasterer who lived at 48 Fotheringham Street Marrickville with his mother Rose.
He was a Catholic and parishioner of St Brigid's Marrickville.
He served initially in 1st Battalion and then in 53rd Battalion after the AIF restructure in 1916.
He returned to Australian on 9 August 1919.
