When re-enlisting in 1916 he gave his name as Frederick James Cooper and his mother as Alice Cooper of Fergie Street, Fitzroy North, Victoria
Son of Donald Charles Kelly and Clara Kelly nee Leach of McKean Road, Fitzroy North, Victoria
