Add my storyBiography contributed by Faithe Jones
Son of Harry H. and Jane Elizabeth Saunders, of Roma, Queensland.
Pte. Norman H. Saunders, son of Mr. Harry H. Saunders of Roma, who left the Toowoomba Grammar School in order to enlist, has been slightly wounded in the foot, hand and breast. His many friends locally and in the west will be gald to hear that he escaped comparatively so lightly. Sep 1916
Yesterday afternoon news was received that Norman Saunders had been killed in action in France. He was the second son of Mr. H.H. Saunders, a well-known chemist of Roma, and was 19 years of age. He was extremely popular, and sympathy has been freely expressed for his father and relations.
