Anthony Julian OSCHAR was born in Warooka, South Australia on 18th June 1893

His parents were John OSCHAR & Annie AWUN

He enlisted in Adelaide on 14th March, 1916 & embarked from Adelaide on the ship Bulla with the 27th Infantry Battalion ,13th reinforcements on 24th June 1916

He returned to Australia on 19th February, 1919 and was discharged on 13th May, 1919

He married Vera Lillian Ruth SANDISON (nee MORTON) in the Church of Christ, Hindmarsh on 18th June 1932

Anthony died on 15th March, 1975 and was cremated in Centennial Park Cemetery in Adelaide
