THE NAUGHTY PARSON.
In the Divorce Court Amy Nicholls (45) was granted a judicial separation from .her husband, John Ernest Nicholls (46), a clergyman, on the grounds of desertion. Giving evidence, Mrs. Nicholls said that her husband met a Mrs. Hook, who began to pay frequent visits to the manse. She added : "I bought, a motor car for my husband, but whenever he. took me out he took her, too. She rode on the front seat, while I was stowed away on the back seat." . Petitioner told the judge of a bathing party at Point Lonsdale, in which her husband and Mrs. Hook indulged. She believed that her husband had gone to the U.S. for a divorce.
