Charles was born 21st June 1891 at Tamborine in Queensland. He died 7th October 1917 as Messines Belgium and was buried Nine Elms British Cemetery in Belgium
His parents were James and Sarah Ann nee Cooper.
He is listed on the Logan Village Nominal Roll.
