Julius as he was known was born 7th July 1871 in Bethania. He died 22nd June 1964 in Gladstone and is buried there.
His parents were Jurgen August and Wilhelmine Friedricke Justine nee Flesser.
His wife was Theresa Johanna Lietzow.
He is listed on the Logan Village Museum Honour Roll for WW1 as he is from the Pioneer families of Haack and Flesser.
