Son of Thomas Henry and Mary Jane Tilley

CHURCH WORKER FALLS
At the time of his enlistment Sergt. Major P. N. Tilley, who has been

reported killed in action, was the honorary secretary of the Essendon

Christ Church Sunday school. He was also a member of the parish vestry.

Two brothers (H. and B.) are on active service.


Sergt.-Major Tilley, who left Australia with the 23rd Battalion, was a son of. Mr T. H. Tilley, Spencer street, Essendon
