Frederick George Spencer.

Frederick George Spencer. Sergeant No. 1115, 2nd Light Horse. Born at Clarence River, and educated at Palmer Channel School, Clarence River, N.S.W. The son of the late George and the late Martha Spencer. On the 26th May, 1920, he was married to Alberta Albert, daughter of Adam and Rachel Albert, of Tyndale, Clarence River. Enlisted on the 8th February, 1915, and left Australia on the 20th August, 1915. Saw service at Gallipoli, Sinai, Palestine, and the Jordan Valley till the signing of the Armistice, returning to Australia on the 14th April, 1919.
