Brother of Percy Fredrick Hack who return to Australia on 8 February 1920 having served with the 4th Pioneer Battalion, Harold Ernest Hack who returned to Australia on 15 May 1919 having served with the 9th Battalion, Florence Louisa Hack and Walter George Hack

Commenced return to Australia on 6 July 1919 HT Boorara disembarking at Melbourne on 26 August 1919 for onward travel to QLD

Medals: 1914-15 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal
