The spelling of his second middle name is unclear-it was either Wollastone or Woolaston.

He was 21 and the son of George William and Flora Millicent Green, of 44, Grove St., New Fletton, Peterborough, England. 

He is remembered on the Godmanchester War Memorial and the Peterborough War Memorial. He is one of 8 Australian Casualties of the Great War commemorated on the Peterborough War Memorial
