George Edward Brown
George Brown was born in Sunbury, Victoria on 20/7/1896 and was working as a Grocer when he joined the AIF on 17/7/1915. He was allotted to the 6th Battalion and left Melbourne on 23/11/1915. He returned to Australia on 8/12/1916 and was discharged as medically unfit on 24/1/1917.
In 1922 he was living in Noone Street Clifton Hill, and in 1928 at 90 Pine Street Reservoir. By 1928 he had married.
He died on 27/5/1980.
