4 May 1917:	Honoured Mention in Dispatches, Highly commended by Divisional Commander for meritorious and gallant service rendered during enemy raid on night 20/20th April 1917. during the very heavy bombardment of our lines continuously, effecting many repairs and eventually establishing communications. On previous occasions has done fine work (3rd Divnl. Routine Order No 212 dated 4.5.1917)
