10 November 1916 - Wounded in action - gunshot wound to the left leg

29 August 1918 - Wounded in action for 2 occasion, Gunshot wound to the face and lower right jaw

3 September 1818 - Invalided to UK

24 December 1918 - Returned to Australia - wounded (face and Jaw)
