Brother of Olive Fanny Addison, Harrold Charles Addison, Charley Cobbin Addison and Stanley Simpson Addison. Half brother to Bruce Cobbin Addison who returned to Australia on 9 July 1919 having served with the 2nd Field Artillery Brigade  and Reginald James Addison who served with the 3rd Field Ambulance
