Able Seaman James Henry Oakes. 21, lives in Rosella ave, Colonel Light Gardens and was in the Yarra. He was educted at Colonel Light Gardens and Goodwood Central Schools, and his main interests before joining the Navy in February last year were fishing, shooting, soccer, football, and scouting. He became a King's Scout.
