P J McCann, RAN, Aged 19, second son of Mr and Mrs JL McCann, of Kyre Ave Kingswood. Interested in Football and boxing. He enlisted in the RAN in December 1942 and after training at various centers was based at Balmoral Training Station. He was educated at Geranium Public School and Marist Brother's College, Alberton. Brother if the late Pte William L McCann, and a nephew of Sir Charles McCann.
