Son of Owen Roy MOBBS

Educated at Thebarton and Norwood Public Schools he was very fond of swimming and horse riding.  A member of the Sea Scouts for 12 months, Dudley passed into the R.N.R. and after some months was called up to join the R.A.N. in June 1941.  In civilian life Dudley was a butcher with National Meat Stores at Norwood for 3 years.
