Keith Eckert
Keith Leslie Eckert worked for the Post Office for nearly 39 years first delivering telegraphs by push bike, learning morse code as a signaling officer during WW2, completing a Diploma of Business Studies in Melbourne and progressing through management positions to become WA State Manager of Australia Post, then SA & NT State Manager before retiring at age 57. He married Norma Annette Edmonds and had 4 children, Suzanne, Janet, Perry & John. He passed away peacefully aged 96 on the 5th March 2020.
