Pilot Officer Turner (no RAAF Service Number allocated) was the son of Arthur Edward and Muriel Eva Turner of South Perth, WA
Flying Officer Unsworth was the son of Henry James Unsworth and Constance Unsworth & the husband of Joy Unsworth of Newcastle, NSW
Both men were cremated at Mt Thompson Crematorium and are commemorated on the Queensland Cremation Memorial situated in Lutwyche Cemetery, Brisbane
