Biography

WW2 - 12 Sep 1940 - Joined the RAAF.
Feb 1941 - Killed while training as a pilot at the Flight Training School, Point Cook, Vic - had just got his wings and was only 21 years of age.
In an unfortunate accident, another plane landed on top of his plane at Werribee. He was the only person killed - he was found with the parachute open, but it appeared he had jumped too late - his flying instructor broke his back.
