Biography
"...Pilot Officer Kenneth Percival Du Rieu RAF of RAF HQ Singapore. PO Du Rieu served as a Depot Lieutenant during the First World War. He was too old to join the RAAF so joined the RAF VR as a member of the Volunteer Reserve. He served initially in Kuala Lumpur then Singapore before he was taken as a Prisoner of War (POW) in Java, where he spent the remainder of the war." - SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
