Harvard aircraft FH128 from Number 15 Service Flying Training School (Anson & Crane) at Claresholm RCAF crashed six miles east of Stavely, Alberta, Canada

Killed in this accident were Flying Officer Louis Walter Allan Bauer 437247 RAAF and Pilot Officer Wilmot Arthur Sparks J/44567 RCAF
