Shot down 60 miles from Jefman Island enemy target. His USAAF B24 Libertor 42/41117 sunk in 72 seconds with nine crew, including RAAF Co-Pilot F/Lt BADGER. His USAAF B24 42/41117 is now his submerged war grave.
