Son of Edmund and Rachel(nee Hughes) Berry of Kadina, SA; brother of Rachel Dawn Berry and William Johnston Patrick Berry
Plane was Oxford LX 328 which was on an operational training flight in Scotland when it crashed. It was not due to engine failure but there was no other reason was found for the plane crash it is suppose that the weather conditions at the time may of contributed to the plane crashing.
