Parents: -  George Hartley Dall and Hilda Marian Howells, (married 22nd November 1919 in Medindie, Congregational Church, South Australia), of Clarence Park, South Australia.

Details of last mission:--- After taking off from Port Moresby on 25th August 1942, Hudson A16-216 went missing on a reconnaissance flight to Kieta and Buka. The crew members were:
