Sergeant Donald Andrew Miller 416124 was the only casualty when RAAF Lockheed Hudson aircraft A16-156 of Number 2 Squadron was hit by enemy fire over Koepang, Java - other crew onboard were:
Flight Lieutenant Clive Campbell Forman 290487 (discharged 1 July 1947 as a Wing Commander with 38 Squadron)
Pilot Officer Leslie Angel 406708 (discharged 26 November 1945 as a Flight Lieutenant from 20 Squadron)
Sergeant Cecil Lloyd Davies Edwards 8816 (discharged 22 January 1946 as a Flight Lieutenant from Number 7 Operational Training Unit)
(info from adfserials) A16-156 remained in service until the end of the war when it was sold and was registered as VH-BFQ - it was struck off the Australian Register following an "improper sale overseas" after disappearing on an overseas trip during February 1949 and entering service with the Israeli Defence Force as #2602
