Corporal William John Charles Terry 85941 & Aircraftman Howard James Bartlett 154134 were killed in a Motor Vehicle Accident on Fanny Bay Road, Darwin while driving service vehicle 212455

Leading Aircraftman Clifford Arnold Russell 153925 was injured in the incident, all three men were members of Number 112 Air Sea Rescue Flight (info from Pers file for Corporal Terry)
