David Jeffery Noyce was born on the 20th of June 1915, in Exeter, South Australia. He grew up in his hometown in Exeter with the occupation of a munition maker. On the 21st of December 1943, Noyce enlisted in the Royal Australian Air Force, leading aircraftman (141857).
After his military service came to an end on the 2nd of May 1946 Noyce was discharged, he returned to his previous lifestyle. Unfortunately, he passed away on the 19th of August 1999, and was buried in West Terrace Cemetery, Australia, at the Eyre Plot Path 18 Aspect E Site Number 51.
