"PRESENTATION TO SOLDIERS.   In All Saints' School Hall on Tuesday evening, the Dean of Bendigo, on behalf of All Saints' Sunday School teachers, presented a safety razor to Pte. C. R. Fisk, a former teacher, who is leaving for the front.   The Dean referred to the departing soldier's valuable services to the Sunday school.   After Pte Fisk had acknowledged the gift in a few touching words, Mr. J. H. Craig, on behalf of the vestry, wished him God-speed."   [Bendigonian 27 June 1918]
