Son of Algernon Gordon and Ada Myrtle Stephen, of Woodville.

SWIMMER KILUED
Lieutenant A. G. Stephen, R.A.N.V.R., and Mrs. Stephen, of Cedar avenue, Woodville, have been notified that their son, Leading Aircraftman Kenneth Latham Stephen, 19, was killed in an air craft accident in Australia on Sep tember 3. 
L.A.C. Stephen was an armorer's assistant, and Joined the R.A.A.F. from the Air Training Corps last year. He was educated at Woodville High School and was employed as a clerk by Walter & Morris Ltd., when he enlisted.
L.A.C. Stephen was a well-known swimmer and diver. He won the Air Force high dive in Sydney last year.
