Biography

My father loved the idea of flying. He tried Gliding after retirement but said he lost his nerve for flying. Took overseas trips. Loved flying. - Fay Pilon (daughter)

His parents were Edward Parnell BEILBY & Daisy Beatrice BRUCE who married in Norwood, SA on 18th February, 1917

He married Pearl Lorraine SUTTON in Victoria on 1st February, 1945

His brother Bruce Parnell BEILBY also served during WW2 in the Army (SN S309085) and then the RAAF (SN 27718) - discharged 29th January, 1946

Another brother Wallace Edward BEILBY served in the RAAF during WW2 (SN 442700) discharged 3rd May, 1946
